My interview with the Marquis Who's Who
- The Marquis Who's Who is an American organization for making
important persons known to the world. They used to publish dictionary-like books.
I assume they still do. These days, in addition, they produce webpages. They made
many pages for me in the past.
If they think I am an important person, I do not disagree.
- In 2022, the Maquis sent their representative to my office with a movie
camera to take photos of myself and to record what I say about myself.

- As for my most important scientific contribution, let us look at the bridge
connecting two mountains. This bridge in France, called
Pont du Gard, was
built by Romans during the reign of Julius Caesar. I was there in 2017 to inspire

God built mountains and rivers. Humans can build bridges.
- Bohr and Einstein were God-like figures in physics. All I could do was to build a bridge between them.
As His best gift of the 20th Century, God gave us an empty land with these two big Towers. Many people built their houses on this land.
I used those houses to build a city between the Towers.
- One hundred years ago, Niels Bohr was studying the electron orbit of the hydrogen atom.
He found that its energy levels are discrete and not continuous. This research led to
the present form of quantum mechanics.
Albert Einstein was worrying about how things look to moving observers. This led to his special theory of relativity with his celebrated formula E = mc2.
- The question then is how Bohr's hydrogen atom appears to moving observers. Bohr and Einstein
met occasionally to discuss physics, but there are no written records indicating that they
ever discussed this issue. Perhaps, they never did because there are no hydrogen atoms
moving fast enough to exhibit this Bohr-Einstein puzzle. This was the Empty Land for us.

- I was brought up in a strong Christian environment. I am a scientist and thus not a
religious person. However, my Christian background is much stronger than my American
colleagues in the United States. Click here for my story.
- During my late high-school years (1952-54), I was keenly interested in long-distance
communications using my shortwave radio. While listening to stories from far-away places,
I became interested in talking to the world.

- At the end, I say I am a synthesizer. I let others do the hard works. I
then put them together a more significant result.
